Jamie provided some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was taken care of from start to finish. She checked on us regularly, kept everything running smoothly, and always had a positive attitude. What really stood out was how genuine and welcoming she was. She made us feel like valued guests and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who works this hard while still making every interaction feel personal. Jamie is a huge asset to KPot, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. We’ll definitely be coming back, and hopefully we’ll have her as our server again.

If you’re looking for the best dining experience in Fayetteville, look no further than KPot. From the second you walk in, the atmosphere is electric — modern, clean, welcoming, and perfect for everything from family dinners to nights out with friends. The food quality is unbelievable. Every cut of meat was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared for Korean BBQ, and the hot pot options were just as impressive with an incredible variety of broths, vegetables, noodles, and sides. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the owner, Hallkey. You can immediately tell when a restaurant is run by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Hallkey has created something special here. The service was beyond exceptional — attentive, friendly, and fast without ever feeling rushed. The staff made us feel like VIPs the entire time. I’ve eaten at a lot of KBBQ and hot pot places across multiple states, and this was hands down one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had anywhere. The attention to detail, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall energy of the restaurant are on another level. Fayetteville is lucky to have a place like this. KPot isn’t just a restaurant — it’s

For Fayetteville, NC this is a good place to eat at. Manager pissed me off he didn’t want us to sit at a larger table with two burners. He said he saves that for the weekend for party of 7 . We had 6 ppl we wanted more space and two burners because of allergies: but then he puts two ppl at one end of the table and divided the other end and put two more ppl at the other end. Terrible management and customer service skills. I think the servers were nice and friendly. Initially Jacob was our server, he was good and then Teri was awesome, the food options were good. The set up is good. I was just not impressed with the manager. We also waited 30 min to be seated. Our bill was $410 We had drinks, we did the 37 options per person to get more options on veggies and food. The meat was average, the sides are good. The fried chicken is great! Many options and choices for $37 bucks.

Pretty good food EXCEPT the pineapple wasn't fresh, the crabmeat was imitation and so was the lobster in the lobster rolls. Our server Sasha was amazing. Very knowledgeable and made awesome recommendations. I will be back to see her again. She made our visit there memorable.
